Sometimes when you're trying to nail that cool-girl-vibe, less is more. One brand that just totally gets it is William Rast. Today, I'm excited to share a look from their line at Macy's. They have so many amazing pieces like army jackets, embroidered jeans, graphic tees, and patched leather jackets. For this look, I paired a graphic tee with this A D O R A B L E army green peplum jacket. I love that this jacket has a zipper that wraps all the way around and a little peplum flounce at the bottom. It's such a cute twist on a classic, every day piece. I think my favorite thing about this outfit would have to be the white denim jeans. White jeans are not the most easy thing to find, in my opinion.  We all know that black is a super flattering and slimming color and the opposite of black is white... so... you see what I'm saying! White jeans sometimes show it all! It's hard to find a pair that are flattering, slimming, and NOT see through!  These jeans are the answer to my white-denim-jean-prayers!! I also love the unhemmed bottom. A little bit of fray keeps these white jeans from looking too "put together". I love them so much and I've been wearing them on repeat!

I hope you guys enjoyed this look as much as I did!

If you’re hooked on Fixer Upper like I am, then you know that everything Joanna Gaines touches turns to gold. Naturally, when I found out about her line of pillows and rugs at Pier 1 Imports, I was dying to get my hands on them. They have an effortlessly chic, and ultra cozy feel that I knew would be the perfect addition to my home.  One thing I love about our new apartment is the balcony (it’s the little things in life yall!). It’s not a huge space, but I knew I wanted to make the most of it and deck it out with super cozy furniture and accessories.  I added these amazing Papasan Chairs from Pier One because they are huge and super comfortable! They are perfect for lounging and reading a magazine or unwinding with some wine after a long day.  Because I opted for the Ivory cushions, I had a lot of flexibility with accessories accessories. I picked this clay chenille throw blanket to add a pop of color and paired it with this oversized and texturized pillow from the Magnolia collection.  On my other Papasan chair, I opted for two of these super fun reddish-pink pillows from the Magnolia collection because I loved the mix of colors and textures.  To tie the whole look together, I picked this Terracotta Rug which makes everything feel 100x cozier and looks great with the other pillows from the collection.  I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely check out the Magnolia Collection over at Pier 1 Imports, it does not disappoint! Also, orders online over $49 ship free!  I’m so excited to spend many more California evenings out here enjoying some wine and this gorgeous décor.
