Most of you know that I've been working with Coastal for a few years now, and I mean it when I say that they have the best selection of on-trend frames at amazing prices. I have built up my collection of prescription eye glasses from Coastal, but you may not know that most of my sunglasses are actually from Coastal as well! Any of Coastal’s eyeglasses frames can be made into sunglasses which allows for a huge selection and lots of creativity. There are seven different sunglass lens colors to choose from- I usually opt for the grey polarized or green-grey polarized. You can also select prescription or non-prescription lenses. You guys have seen me wear these sunnies nearly every day. Well, they are originally the Joseph Marc Experiment eye glasses, but with sun lenses added. All of the sunnies featured in this post were originally eyeglasses, but I added a polarized lens to make them sunglasses! The frames are very affordable (starting at $19) which makes it easy to own multiple pairs and build your glasses wardrobe... BUT you can also use code LEMON20 for 30% off glasses frames and lenses (which includes sunglass lenses – excludes pre-made sunglasses). National Sunglasses Day is June 27th, be sure to share a photo with your sunnies and use the hashtag #NationalSunglassesDay & #SeeClearly!
These Joseph Marc Observation aviators are a classic style that look great as eyeglasses or sunnies. I have this pair as regular eyeglasses (see here), but I also love them as sunglasses (as seen below). I am wearing a size small, but if you'd like a more oversized look, I would recommend a size medium.
Sassy Cat Eyes
I love the cat eye trend that is happening right now. These Derek Cardigan Glasses are so fun for summer and they add some major sass to your outfit.
Retro Round Sunnies
These Joseph Marc Theorem glasses have a retro-round shape that is very on trend right now and looks great on lots of face shapes. I love the gold frames in contrast with the dark lenses. If you want a fully circular frame, I recommend the Joseph Marc Experiment glasses. This is another one of my favorite pairs that have even more of a round shape and retro look (see here).
