My Favorite Undergarments
Bras and undergarments can be super hard to shop for, especially ones that are comfortable! I get asked all the time what my go-to bras are, and which ones I wear with strapless tops or backless dresses. So, I’m sharing all the deets with you - my favorite bras and underwear (that are comfortable of course) seamless, and keep everything in place.
BRALETTES
True & Co. Scoop Neck Bra & Triangle Bra (Size Small) - These bras are seamless and so comfortable! They don't make you feel restricted like you typically do with bras that have boning.
SKIMS Fits Everybody Triangle Bralette (Size Medium) - Another great seamless bra option. I love how the soft the fabric is and still feels somewhat supportive.
STRAPLESS & BACKLESS BRAS
Third Love Classic Strapless Bra (Size 34C) - This is my go-to strapless bra. It's a little bit pricier, but worth it. It stays in place without having to constantly pull it up which is a win in my book!
Maidenform Strapless Bra (Size 34C) - This bra is from Target, so it’s much more affordable. It’s a great option compared to the Third Love one listed above, especially if you don’t want to spend the money on a more expensive bra.
Strapless Sticky Bra (Size D) - I wear this sticky bra when I have a top or dress with an open back or unique straps! It’s super affordable and stays in place all night - perfect for a special occasion dress or backless top!
T-SHIRT & CONVERTIBLE BRAS
Victoria's Secret Lightly Lined Demi T-Shirt Bra (Size 34C) - This is what I wear the most! It doesn't show through your t-shirt and is very comfortable. If you’re looking for a traditional underwire bra, then this is by far the best!
Natori Minimal Push Up Convertible Bra - This one is similar to the Victoria’s Secret bra which I love almost just as much. Another great option if you need a little more support than the True & Co. seamless bras.
Auden Lightly-Lined Bra (Size D) - I’ve been wearing this bra so much recently! It has a clip in the back that allows the bra to become a racerback so that my straps don’t show with certain shirts or dresses! Plus, it’s only $10!
SPORTS BRAS
Lululemon Energy Sports Bra (Size 8) - When it comes to sports bras, this is one of my favorite bras. It’s super soft and supportive, which is a must for high intensity workouts.
Lululemon Flow Y Sports Bra (Size 8) - Here’s another one of my favorite sports bras. I typically wear this one if I’m doing yoga or weight lifting where I don’t need as much support. It’s the same buttery soft material and perfect for running errands or lounging at home.
UNDERWEAR & BODYSUITS
Aerie No-Show Thong (Size Small) - This is pretty much all I wear. I love that they are seamless and don't show through your clothes! They’re great for wearing with yoga pants or a tight dress, so super versatile!
Victoria’s Secret No-Show Thong Panty (Size Small) - This is another pair I wear all the time. I love how it fits and that it doesn’t show through my clothes! It’s perfect for any tight-fitting outfits.
SKIMS Fits Everybody Cami Bodysuit (Size Small) - Love this under see-through tops and sweaters. Great for something out lines but this is not shapewear. Super comfy too!
